Airtel 399 plan is giving a neck-to-neck competition to all other telecom operators’ plans, especially the Dhan Dhana Dhan offer of Reliance Jio.
Airtel 399 plan
Anyone who has a 4G SIM card can get the newly introduced Airtel 399 plan. Akin to Reliance Jio’s Dhan Dhana Dhan plan, Airtel’s exclusive plan offers 84 GB data for 84 days, or 1 GB data usage per day. As per the company’s guidelines, the users cannot merge this plan with any other plan provided by the telecom company. On 1st July, BSNL came up with its Sixer 666 pack offering 120GB data to its subscribers for 60 days. With this pack, the users will also be able to make unlimited calls on its 3G network speed.
Airtel plan is inspired by Reliance Jio’s plan that was launched in the previous month. Just a few days ago, Vodafone has also announced a brand new plan providing 84GB data for 84 days at Rs. 352 to its students residing in Delhi. This plan is somehow restricted to new connections only. Companies such as Aircel and Idea have also unveiled plans covering same features at Rs. 348 and Rs. 453 only. However, Aircel’s data pack is limited to 3G networks only.
Besides the provision of massive 84GB data, the Airtel’s plan also offers unlimited local and STD calls to its users. However, as per the terms and conditions stated by Airtel, the users who have consumed 1,000 minutes (via local/STD or landline calls) within 7 days will bear 10p per minute for making intra-connections calls, and 30p per minute for inter-connection calls for the remaining week.
Apart from its amazing Airtel 399 plan, the company has also advertised that the data which remains unutilized under its Big Bytes scheme with up to 1000GB data can be carried forward by March 2018. The plan was launched in June for its broadband customers.
