The Android 4.4.3 KitKat Update for the Nexus devices is finally here in India. The rolling out will get underway for Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and the Nexus 7 models. However, there aren’t any improved Android 4.4.3 KitKat features.

The latest update for the Android OS has been made available over-the-air (OTA). It will come with KTU84L as the build number for Nexus 4 and 7, while for the Nexus 5, the build number will be KTU84M.

The size of the Android 4.4.3 KitKat update for Nexus 5 is nearly 92MB. It can be noted that this update is an incremental one from previous Android 4.4.2 update. It brings along with it not only performance enhancements, but also fixes in the bugs.
The update has given the Nexus 5 a better dialer, which is accompanied by updated interface. The improvement is that the pictures of the contacts can be seen in the dialer app. The images of the contacts set for speed dial are also visible.

As far as the bug fixes are concerned, Google has fixed bugs for various problems like data connection loss and bugs in the camera. Bugs have also been fixed for missed calls as well as random reboots.
But if you are waiting to hear about any Android 4.4.3 KitKat features, then you are in for some disappointment. There aren’t any new significant features or UI interface. The Google Play Edition devices are waiting to get the Android 4.4.3 KitKat update soon.
It must be mentioned that the first device to get this update was the Nexus 7, which is a Wi-Fi only tablet.
Motorola has also come forward with the announcement of the Android KitKat update for its Moto E, Moto G and Moto X models. It brings along an improved dialer that has updated interface as well as security fixes.
