Android 7.0 Nougat Update to Soon Hit These Smartphones

Nougat is the seventh major version of Android OS. Android 7.0 Nougat update soon gonna hit smartphones including Samsung, HTC, Sony, Motorola and more.

Android 7.0 Nougat Update Soon Available


Android Nougat is the 7th major version of the Android Operating System. Google has announced the update for Nougat 7.0/7.1 versions. Smartphones have declared the update news for the new Nougat version. The Android 7.0 Nougat update is available for HTC, Sony, Motorola, Xiaomi smartphones and more! Nexus will be available with 7.1 Nougat update.

Nexus 6P and 5X are also slated to get the Nougat 7.1 update. While the older phones like Nexus 6 and 9 will have to wait for its turn. The Nexus phones with 7.1 update wouldn’t get the Google Assistant feature. This feature stays exclusively with Google Pixel.

OnePlus 3 users might get the update by the end of the year. Whereas its other phones would get the update by the start of the next year.

Motorola was the first smartphone maker to announce the Android 7.0 Nougat update. Droid series and Moto Z to get the update soon. Some of the other Moto phones to get the Nougat update are Moto G and G Plus with the 4th generation, Moto X etc.

Samsung, on the other hand, is busy with its Note 7 issues. Recalling them and then compensating with S7 or S7 Edge. Though the prediction says, Samsung S7 and S7 Edge to be the first to get the update among Samsung smartphones. Samsung is also busy hitting the news with Galaxy S8 leaks. The S8 might get LG designed batteries with a huge RAM.

Xiaomi has not yet confirmed its update news. The Android 7.0 Nougat update is likely to hit Mi 5, Mi Max, first among all. There are few phones to get the update next year. These might include Redmi Note 3, Redmi 2 Prime, and more.

HTC had already tweeted that One A9 and M9 would be getting the Nougat 7.0 update soon. The other phones would be getting the update sooner, next year.

Nougat 7.0/7.1 has a lot of features for its customers. Features like Data saver mode, Multi-Window support and more. The Nougat updated phones could even support the upcoming Google Daydream. Android Nougat has a lot of features to try on.
