Android Smartphone Prices: Three Phones Less Than 13K

Android Smartphone prices are more or less comparatively crafted to attract potential customers. There have been innumerable examples where such prices have been slashed just to promote the product or increase its sales.

Another reason for slashing the prices is to make way for newer products. Technology changes virtually every day. Yesterday’s technology grows old by the end of today, isn’t it? With so many innovations taking place so fast, it is a challenge to keep the price tag within sight for common customers too.

Most of the handsets today can easily playback audio and video in HD, run 3D games like a breeze and can multitask without any whine.

Here, we list three Android Smartphone prices with their features that all cost less than Rs. 13,000.

Xiaomi Mi 4i

The Xiaomi Mi 4i will easily remind you of the Xiaomi Mi 4. The Mi 4i comes with magnesium alloy frame to go with the plastic back, which is nonremovable.  The device has a pretty slime designed body.

The Xiaomi Mi 4i has a full HD screen. So, it always delivers the best visuals along with smooth text matter. The colors look vibrant and lively. The screen is sweat resistant. Also it protects from smudges as well.

There is 16GB of in-built memory capacity that just about does justice to the Android Smartphone prices it speaks of. However, there is only availability of 13GB to users. The downside is that there is no support like any microSD card for increasing the memory. So, users will have to make do with 13GB only. But, then there is support for USB on-the-go.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi Xi 4i does an excellent job with its 13MP rear camera with flash. The camera can adjust to exposure fast enough. They can also capture the details without any real fuss.

Entertainment indeed goes on smoothly with the Xiaomi Xi 4i as the 1.7GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor and 2GB RAM don’t allow any hiccups.

The device runs MIUI, which a customized version of the Android Lollipop OS. It comes with features that has call recorder and also call blocker. It also allows working on certain apps when roaming.

With 3120mAh battery, the Xiaomi Mi 4i can easily offer backup of around one full day with a single charge.

Phicomm Passion 660

Like the Xiaomi Mi 4i explained above, the Phicomm Passion 660 also has a scratch resistant screen and comes with HD display. It has a unibody metal design and is built with a slim body. Various features play a crucial role in Android Smartphone prices and the comparison between the Xiaomi Mi 4i and Phicomm Passion 660 will let you know why.

As explained above, the Xiaomi device does not have any expandable memory option (though it supports USB OTG). However, the Phicomm Passion 660 comes with a card slot that will certainly make you interested. There is a second SIM slot in the Passion 660 that also works as a microSD card. No doubt, it’s a welcome move as there’s no option of USB OTG in Phicomm Passion 660.

The device can slow down a bit, but if you are using a limited number of apps, it will work smoothly. Though there is a 13MP rear camera, the images aren’t that sharp. The front camera is of 5MP capacity.

With a full charge, the 2300mAh battery can deliver almost the same amount of backup time like the Xiaomi Mi 4i. The device runs on Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor along with 2GB RAM. However, odd it may sound, the Passion 660 still runs on the KitKat rather than on Lollipop.

Lenovo A7000

The cheapest of the Android Smartphone prices is the Lenovo A7000. With a cost of less than Rs. 9,000, it gives you value for your money. You can get a good grip on the phone due to its plastic mould, which makes it sturdy as well. However, the glass isn’t scratch-resistant.

The upside of the device is that, there is room for more memory with microSD card and microUSB drives OTG. So, even if you run out of the 8GB of internal storage, there is always the option using USB drives.

Another aspect where the Smartphone performed exceptionally is the performance. The processing is without any hiccup and is smooth with the 1.5GHz MT6752m octa-core processor and 2GB RAM.

As far as the Android Smartphone prices are concerned, the Lenovo A7000 isn’t really one of the better choices. It does give you satisfaction in some features, however, there is a lot of scope for improvement.

One such factor that needs improvement is the camera. Unfortunately, neither of the two cameras performs up to the mark. The presence of grains is easily visible in low-light images. Moreover, colors also look faded and dull.

The 5.5-inch device has 2,900mAh battery. If you were to enable the power saving mode, you can easily use the phone for a day with full charge.
