BlackBerry has come up with an exchange scheme for pushing up the sales of Z10. It will be a program that will run for a month. During this period, the users will be able to trade their old mobile phones for the Z10.
That’s not all. The exchange also comes with a discount plan as well. The company is offering as much as Rs. 11,000 in a discount in a desperate bid to push the sales up of the Z10. The Z10 is built with 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a rear camera with 8MP capacity and 2MP front camera.
A statement from the company reads, if customers buy the BlackBerry Z10 in this scheme, they can avail of the said discount that can run up to Rs. 11,000. The scheme is currently active in 17 cities.
BlackBerry has made the necessary adjustments and has made available the rates to their dealers regarding this exchange scheme. The customers who stand to get the best discounts are those who are using the BlackBerry Bold 9900.
These consumers can get the highest discount, while those who are using BlackBerry Curve 8530, which is an entry-level gadget, stand to get a discount of Rs. 3,000. On various websites in India, the Z10 is being sold at a price that ranges from Rs. 37,500 to Rs. 42,490.
Under this scheme, users can also get a period of up to 9 months to pay the balance if customers use the credit card for payments. The company won’t charge any interest or processing fees.
