Huawei fans in the country are excited over the Huawei P20 Pro announcement. The wait is finally over and the phone is coming to India. The company has officially released the specifications of the phone.

Two versions of the phone have been announced. One is the P20 Pro while the other is the P20 Lite. As the name suggests, the P20 has better specs and features than its younger sibling. From the display to the camera, the phone is everything you would hope for.

The P20 Pro has a 6.1 inch OLED display that features a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels. A notch on the top occupies the upper portion of the phone. The phone is powered by the Kirin 970 SoC and is accompanied with 6GB of RAM, and the native storage of the phone is 128GB. Though the internal storage cannot be expanded, it is not needed due to the fat internal storage. The OS in the phone is an Android Oreo 8.1 based EMUI 8.1. The phone is powered by a 4,000mAh battery, and the phone is equipped with a SuperCharge technology that charges the device quickly.

The rear cameras on the phone are noteworthy. There is a triple camera setup with the primary camera being 40MP while the second and third cameras are 20MP and 8MP respectively. The secondary camera is a monochrome sensor while the third camera is a telephoto lens. The camera is capable of capturing slow-motion videos at 960 frames a second, and can also shoot 4K videos. The front-facing camera is 24MP and is also used for facial recognition as well.

The cheaper version of the phone is the P20 Lite. The Lite version of the person is the same as the Pro version but has all the toned down software and hardware. It has a Kirin 659 SoC running the device and is also coupled with 4GB of RAM, and has an internal storage of 64GB built in.

The cameras on the phone are pretty decent too. It’s a dual camera setup of 16MP + 2MP. The front camera is 24MP. The phone is juiced on a 3,000mAh battery. The phone as for now is available in two colors. Midnight Blue and Graphite Black. About the price, the phone is priced at INR 64,984.
