Intex launches two Android phones – Cloud X4 and Cloud Y2

Mobile handset company Intex has launched two Android phones – the Cloud X4 and the Cloud Y2. The price of the Cloud X4 is around Rs. 4590, while the price of the Cloud Y2 is Rs. 6190. Both are budget phones as they are just the entry-level variants.
Both these Smartphones fall under the company’s Cloud range of Smartphones, while both phones happen to be the entry-level phones in the 3G category.
Cloud X4
The Cloud X4 runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The display size of the Smartphone is 3.5 inches, while a 1GHz processor runs the operations of the phone smoothly. The Cloud X4 is a dual SIM phone.
The phone is equipped with only 512 MB of internal memory. That is quite understandable as the phone is the entry-level device. However, with a MicroSD card the memory can be increased up to 32GB. The RAM of the phone is 256 MB. There are two cameras in the phone. The rear camera is of 3.2 MP capacity while the front snapper is a VGA one.
A 1500mAh battery is bundled in the phone that can support talk time of at least 7 hours along with 300 hours of standby time. EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth are some of the connectivity options.
Cloud Y2
The other device launched by Intex – the Cloud Y2 also runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean like the Cloud X4. However, it has a slightly bigger screen with 4 inches. It also has a tad better processor – the 1.2GHz processor.
The phone has 512 MB of RAM, but the internal memory is far too bigger than the Cloud X4, which is 4GB. And this too can be expanded with MicroSD card up to 32GB. There are better cameras for the Cloud Y2 than the Cloud X4.
The rear camera has a capacity of 5MP, while the rear camera is 1.3MP power.
