Acer has launched Acer Iconia W3 the world’s smallest Windows tab. It is in a clear bid to bring life to the tablet offerings in India. The latest gadget from the house of Acer falls in the Iconica range.
It comes with a display of 8.1 inches and has the Intel chipset power it – Intel Atom Z2760 Clover Trail chipset to be precise. The gadget can pair up with a full-size Bluetooth keyboard that is entirely optional.
It can hold the tab in an upright position, which makes it easy for typing.
It can then dock to the device and can be laid flat as well. The thrilling part of the gadget is that it has a keyboard that can be seen on the normal 13” devices.
This makes it convenient to use the gadget as a laptop as well as a netbook. For the base version, the tab costs Rs. 30,499.
There are two cameras in the device and both the rear and the front camera come in 2MP capacity. There are two connection options namely micro-HDMI and micro-USB.
The Acer Iconia W3 wasn’t the only device to be launched. The company also came up with Aspire P3 Ultrabook. The upside of the Ultrabook is that it has one of the best boot times and also provides longer battery life. This device weighs 1.3KG and has a thickness of 0.77 inches.
