Lava has launched the 3G 402+ that comes with dual-core processor. The price of Lava 3G 402+ in India is Rs. 6,499. The Lava 3G 402+ is the successor to the 3G 402 phone. The 3G 402+ had been listed on an e-com site for a price of Rs. 5,499 – a discount of Rs. 1000.
The Lava device runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. It comes with a 4 inch WVGA screen that has a resolution of 480 X 800 pixels. The 3G 402+ extends support to dual-SIM (GSM+GSM). On the RAM front, the device sports a RAM of 512 MB and runs on 1.2GHz dual-core processor with unspecified chipset.
The 3G 402+ Lava gadget, has two cameras – the front and the rear camera. The rear camera comes with 3MP capacity, while the front camera is a 1.3MP sensor. The internal memory of the device is 4GB. With the help of MicroSD card, it can be expanded up to 32GB.
There is 1500mAh capacity battery in the Smartphone. It offers a talktime of up to 4 hours and standby time of around 200 hours. Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, GPRS, 3G and EDGE are the connectivity options in the Lava gadget.
