LG has launched the LG Optimus G Pro 1080p for a price of Rs 42,500. It is the flagship phone from LG that was waiting to be launched for quite a while now. This gadget is the descendant of the LG Optimus G, which was launched in the month of February.
The Optimus G Pro is a device that will certainly impress you. The 5.5 inch IPS screen comes in a density of 401ppi and can seamlessly play 1080p videos. The working of the phone is a breeze with a 1.7Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor.
The 2GB of RAM adds to the easy functionality of the phone. Amongst the many key features is the 32GB of built-in storage. That is certainly a huge capacity and what’s more, with a MicroSD card, it can be easily doubled. So that spells loads of storage.
The introduction of the phone means a tough competition for the entire range of the Samsung Galaxy Note, especially the Galaxy Note III, the launch date of which has just been leaked. Considering the features of this LG device, the competition shouldn’t be taken lightly.
The Optimus G Pro also supports the 4G LTE. But how it will fair in India, is still unknown. In fact, nothing can be said at the moment if it can support the LTE in the Indian market.
The LG gadget comes in two cameras – the rear and the front. Both cameras are capable of shooting videos in 1080p full-HD. The shooting is done at 30 frames per second (fps). The shooting capacity of the rear camera is 13MP, while the front camera is 2.1MP.
