Mi Note 2 leak reveals new features and specifications like dual curved 3D glasses and storage up to 128 GB which is priced at 2799 yuan, which is nearly $423. This is yet another Xiaomi device with powerful specs and a rumored affordable price.
Xiaomi has launched a number of smartphones till date and the Mi 5 is the current flagship smartphone which was launched in February this year during the Mobile World Congress. The upcoming devices from the company is rumored to be either the Redmi 4 or the Mi Note 2. And don’t forget, Xiaomi is also coming up with a new smartwatch this this month itself.
The company has an event to happen on August 25 in Beijing which is supposed to launch the upcoming Xiaomi devices – both phones and watches. There are different opinions about the exact device to be launched on August 25, Redmi 4 will be featuring Snapdragon 625 and others say it might be Mi Note 2 or also a new smartwatch.
Xiaomi is expected to launch Mi 4 soon as this device is overdue for a long time at this point keeping in mind the fact that its predecessors were introduced in January 2015. The Xiaomi Mi 4 was also expected to launch in the same month.
The 64GB variant will sport the same chip and amount of RAM and is priced at 2,499 Yuan ($377) and the highest end 128GB variant is priced at 2,799 Yuan ($423). Mi Note 2 has been already leaked before in different regions for some time now and though it is not confirmed but there is a high probability of this device to get launch in the upcoming press event of the company.
The latest news has been received by a user of Weibo under the name @KJuma through an image of Mi Note 2 leak which reveals the design, specifications and new features of the device. The latest features leaked are 6GB RAM, Qualcomm SD821 64-bit-quad-core SoC, fingerprint scanner, a home button like Mi 5, dual cameras at the back with dual curved 3D glasses, 5.5-inch OLED display and storage up to 128GB.
