The Nokia X+ India launch has finally materialized. The price of Nokia X+ in India is Rs. 8,399. Microsoft had launched the phone for the Indian market.

The US based company has come forward to launch the Nokia X+ in India, which is the third Smartphone in the X series for the Indian market. Microsoft hasn’t given out any details regarding the availability of the device as yet.
However, the software giant has announced that they have a tie-up with Airtel – the popular carrier in India. Through this offer, the users will be offered free and unlimited download of the Android apps for the ensuing six months. The offer comes on the Nokia XL dual-SIM.
The users will be offered 500MB of data absolutely free on the Nokia XL, which can be used for downloading apps through the Nokia Store as well as the 1Mobile store.
With the Nokia X+ India launch, Nokia has brought the phone is a dual-SIM Android phone that supports GSM+GSM. There is a 4-inch LCD display, which has a resolution of 480 X 800 pixels. This translates into 223ppi. A 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor powers the functioning of the gadget.
The device comes with 768MB of RAM, whereas the Nokia X had 512MB RAM. The Nokia X+ is powered by the Nokia platform and also offers support to firmware over-the-air (FOTA).
The device has 4GB on built-in storage. This can be pushed further up to 32GB with the help of the microSD card. The device comes with a 3MP camera where the flash is missing. And yes, the front camera is also missing. So, users will have to make do with the primary camera only.
And on the battery front, the device has 1500mAh battery. It offers talk time up to 13.3 hours and standby time of nearly 408 hours.
