Pre-orders for Google Nexus 5 start in India

The pre-orders for Google Nexus 5 have got underway in India. The pre-orders have started as the highly anticipated Nexus 5 from the house of Google will soon be available for the Indian customers.

However, neither Google nor LG have posted any update about the device on the Play Store. LG produces the devices for Google. However, that couldn’t deter Snapdeal, an online e-com site that has started accepting advance booking as well.Nexus 5

It is understood that Snapdeal is taking Rs. 999 from the customers for booking the Nexus 5 even before it gets launched. The listing tells us that the Google gadget will be available in the Indian market in the last week of the month. But as far as Google is concerned, there isn’t any announcement about the official date for the launch.

There will be two variants of the gadget available – the 16GB and the 32GB variant. The 16GB variant will cost Rs. 28,999, while the 32GB variant will come at a cost of Rs. 32,999. The prices are also accessible on the Play Store, which means consumers can directly buy the Smartphone from Google.

There will be 4.95 inch LCD display that will feature FullHD resolution (1080p) that will accompany the Gorilla Glass 3 panel for more protection. The Smartphone is built with 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor. The devices are built with 2GB of RAM that come in two colors – black and white.
