According to a report from Korea, LG will be launching the LG G Pro 2 during an event scheduled to be held on February 13. It is also understood that the company has sent out invitations for this event.
It is being expected that the LG G Pro 2, will finally see the light of the day, which has been in the wings for a long time now. There were some reports earlier claiming that the device would be launched in the month of February and it looks like the reports will materialize soon.
MCW 2014 will be the occasion when the device will be officially launched. But there is not exact day and date fixed for the launch of the device. A teaser image of the invitation by LG has been published. The tagline of the ad reads “Knock-knock knockin’ on.”
The address of the location is also specified in the image – the LG Twin Towers in Seoul. So, what’s there in that ‘Knock’? This could refer to the ‘Knock’ feature from LG. As a matter of fact, ‘Knock ‘was introduced by LG through the LG G2, which is a flagship Smartphone of the company.
With this feature, you can double tap which locks or unlocks the device. This feature was later introduced in the G Pad 8.3 tab and in G Flex, which is a curved display device as well. The functionality will now be seen in the L series II line-up.
