Spotted: Samsung SC-03F Tizen Smartphone in FCC listing

Samsung is working on its rumored and very own mobile operating system, Tizen. And now the first Smartphone, SC-03F has been spotted in the FCC – the Federal Communications Commission listing. The Smartphone is likely to be accompanied by NTT DoCoMo – the Japanese carrier.

It has been quite a while now that the phone has been in the news. It was Tizen Indonesia, who first saw FCC listing for the phone. According to the report, the design and the looks of the SC-03F are the same as that of the Samsung Galaxy S4.

However, it is claimed that the new Smartphone will come with a much sleeker profile. 2.3GHz a Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon chipset powers the latest Smartphone. It must now be mentioned here that other phones from Samsung such as Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy S4 are also powered by the same chipset.

The connectivity options for the latest Samsung device include Bluetooth 4.0 (Low Energy) and Wi-Fi. There aren’t many details known about the Samsung SC-03F. However, it has been revealed according to Sammobile that NTT DoCoMo will be the first carrier to put up for sale the Tizen device from Samsung.

The report further says that Samsung is likely to make an official announcement about Tizen phone on February 23 2014.
