The Vivo V5 Plus with dual front cameras has been slated for official announcement on January 20, 2017. However, even before the launch of the device, it has been listed by a Malaysian retailer named DirectD for pre-order. The device is priced 1,799 Malaysian Ringgits which is approximately Rs 27,500.
Malaysian Retailer Lists Vivo V5 Plus Pre-Order
According to the Malaysian retailer website, customers can place the Vivo V5 Plus pre-order at its full price. The website is also listing the gold color variant of the device which will be available from January 21, a day after its launch. The site has offered a “mystery gift” for customers who pre-order the device along with a set of ‘exclusive free gifts’. However, the website has not revealed the mystery gift yet. The website has also mentioned that only those customers who place online pre-orders will be able to pick up the product at Subang or PJ store.
Vivo V5 Plus Will Be Launched In India On Jan. 23
The device is slated for launch in India on January 23. There had been several rumors about the device since November 2016. According to the company, Vivo V5 Plus is the “Biggest Selfie Camera Revolution.” However, there is no official word about the other specs, features, and price of the device yet. However, rumors reveal that the device shall be able to offer a DSLR-like camera effect with HD color quality.
Vivo V5 Plus Expected Specs
According to the Malaysian site, the device will sport a 5.5-inch full HD display offering a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. The Vivo V5 Plus will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage that is expandable up to 256GB. The flagship device will carry a 3160 mAh battery and is said to come with Android Marshmallow out of the box.
