Vivo X21 Announcement
The Vivo X21 is the brand new flagship in Vivo that is power-packed with features. The phone packs up a 6,2’’ AMOLED screen of 1080 x 2280 pixels. The screen shares space with a nifty iPhone X like notch that covers the 12MP selfie camera. This front facing camera is equipped with full features like Face Wake 2.0 and is also accompanied by an IR fill light.
The Vivo X21 also has a gorgeous dual camera setup with the main snapper being 12MP and the second one being 5MP that assists in blurring the background and also used for other effects too.
When coming to the battery, the X21 has a 3,200mAh battery with fast-charging support. The phone has a gorgeous Android skin called Funtouch OS 4. Launcher running Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Vivo X21 announcement has kept fans on their toes. And there is an apt reason for that. The phone runs on a solid Snapdragon 660 chipset with an octa-core processor. An Adreno 512 GPU and 6GB RAM also assist in running the phone. The phone offers different storage options of 64GB and 128GB.
And now for the mind-blower. A special 128GB model of the Vivo X21 hides the fingerprint sensor beneath the screen, which was showcased as the Apex concept at the MWC in Vivo. Only one variant of the phone has this feature while the other models have the fingerprint sensor at the back beneath the dual camera.
Apart from the Vivo X21 announcement, the company has also come out with the price. The 64Gb model of the phone costs $458 while the 128GB is priced at $505. Available from March 24, the phones will come in Aurora White, Ruby Red, and Black.
