Vodafone India Roaming

Diwali is one of those festivals when everyone travels back to their hometown to spend the festive season with their loved ones. But the most choking part for every person is when they are charged for the incoming calls. This Diwali Vodafone has a great offer to announce for its customers. Vodafone India roaming will be free for its customers this Diwali. Isn’t this news worth being happy? Vodafone has definitely provided a gift for its customers this Dhanteras and Diwali.

From this Diwali, Vodafone customers won’t be charged for the incoming calls while in national roaming. Now the customers do not need to buy roaming packs while roaming in India.

Sandeep Kataria, The Director – Commercial of Vodafone India said this:

“At Vodafone the customer is at the heart of all that we do. And it is an ongoing endeavour to come up with unmatched value and convenience for out customers. Even though outgoing charges while roaming had become comparable to home charges. Consumer research has shown that incoming charges while roaming have been a hindrance to worry free usage.”

With Reliance Jio in the market, its competitors do need to bring plans that’ll please the customers. Making Vodafone national roaming free is a great move by Vodafone. As in India people tend to go for things that are free. Vodafone in the previous month brought deals with great tariff plans for its customers. The All in One pack by Vodafone offered a roaming pack that has local TT, STD, incoming calls minutes in a single bundle.

If Vodafone is providing national roaming free, why would anybody opt for roaming packs? It seems Vodafone just got the point. And has finally offered the Vodafone India roaming free offer.
