The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 Lite variant is soon expected to hit the market after the Mi MIX 2 came out in the market recently. The originally launched Mi Mix, was one of the best smartphones last year from the company. The highlight of the phone was the bezel-less design. There were also rumors about the Mi Max 2 being ready for launch in 2017.

From the information available at the moment, Xiaomi is in all readiness bring out the Lite version of the Mi MIX 2. As it’s a lite variant, you cannot expect very high-end specifications. One reason is simple and clear that the company wishes to bring out an affordable Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 Lite variant.

It was back in November 2016 when Xiaomi had unveiled the Mi MIX. This means we might not instantly see the descendent so soon – the Lite variant.

Possible Specifications

As far as the specifications of the Mi MIX 2 are concerned, it’s certain that it’ll be a bezel-less screen. This will help push the screen to body ratio that will surpass the ratio of the earlier model. As for the variants, what we know at the moment is that there will be a 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM option to select from. However, there’s also one possibility of Xiaomi dishing out an 8GB RAM variant too, which seems distinct at the moment.

According to rumors, there will be the Snapdragon 835 processor. Some reports also indicate that there might also be the Snapdragon 836 processor, which the chipmaker Qualcomm hasn’t announced so far. The phone will run the Android Nougat 7.1.1, of course, with the company’s MIUI on top.
