Amidst all the leaks, the ZUK Edge launch date is announced by the company officially. The new ZUK Edge teaser has been put for display indicating the device to hit the world on December 20th.

The Chinese company had been lately announcing various offers on many of its already released handsets. Though, people were keen to see the much desired ZUK Edge launch. There were many rumors as well. Previously, we were expecting ZUK Edge launching to happen on December 7, but it didn’t happen. But now, the CEO of the company has released a new ZUK Edge teaser on the popular Chinese social media site, Weibo. The official account reveals that the ZUK Edge smartphone is finally coming.
The social network post has also provided an image that is apparently the upcoming flagship device from ZUK. The image is showing a partial view which seems to be ZUK Edge’s front panel. Earlier leaks suggested that the phone has already received certification from TENAA. With the Weibo post, the CEO has also revealed that the phone will get the daylight on 20 December. It shows a time as well that indicates an announcement of the device at 2 PM as per the local time.
As we have seen the TENAA listing, the specifications have been laid with a 5.5-inch display screen. The resolution goes as 1920 x 1080 pixels coupled with Adreno 530 GPU. The fuel to the smart device is expanded with two variants, firstly 4GB RAM with 32GB of inbuilt memory. Secondly, with 6GB of RAM bundled with a 128GB of internal storage. There is a Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core processor. As for the camera specifications, the smartphone carries a 13MP rear and a 5MP front shooter. Android Nougat 7.0 or Marshmallow 6.0.1 is expected to come with the smartphone out of the box alongside ZUK’s ZUI UI.
Users will get two color variants of ZUK Edge including Black and White. It weighs 160 grams and having 7.68mm thick. The December 20 launch means we are less than a week away from the actual announcement. ZUK Edge seems to be an interesting and attractive looking smartphone.
