The announcement for the annual Amazon Prime Day Sale is here. It’ll be held on 11 July, which will be the annual event for 2017. Spread across 13 countries, there will be deals similar to which you may be aware of already like Cyber Monday and Black Friday.

Two of Asia’s biggest markets – China and India are also going to be a part of this year’s Amazon Prime Day Sale. These two markets are enough to pump up any sale, isn’t it?

As there is always some amount of advantage for the Amazon Prime members, this time too you will see the Prime members getting the initiative. For them, the sale starts on the eve of the actual sale. The good news this time around is that they have increased the sale duration by 6 hours. So this means, this year, the duration of the sale will be 30 hours instead of the usual 24 hours.

When does it start for India?

The sale gets underway at 1800 hours on July 10. However, as usual, the Prime Members do have an extra advantage. And this time too, it’s no different. As a matter of fact, they will get to know the offers on July 9 itself, isn’t that cool?

Greg Greeley, Vice President, Amazon Prime, said:

“Our members love Prime Day and we have been thrilled by the response over the last two years. It is inspiring us to make it even better this year for Prime members. Every part of our business is working to deliver more deals for a record number of shoppers. This year’s Prime Day is too big for 24 hours – so we’re giving Prime members 30 hours to shop!”
