Pre-booking for Galaxy Gear and Samsung Galaxy Note 3

The pre-booking for the Galaxy Gear and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in India has started for a price of Rs 2,000. Samsung might launch these two devices in the next week in India. And that is why the company has already started the pre-booking.

Customarily, Samsung has not revealed the price of either of the gadgets. However, the company has offered a combo deal for the two devices for a price of Rs. 2000 for the pre-booking. But the Galaxy Note 3 also is available for the same pre-booking price, which means it will be without Galaxy Gear.Samsung Galaxy S4

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was unveiled in this month itself some days earlier. It comes with a 5.7 inch full HD display. A 1.9GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor powers the device. It also comes with a 13MP camera.

Samsung is also giving a faux leather layer for the rear cover. Samsung has worked on improving the TouchWiz UI for enhancing the functionality of the S-Pen. The Galaxy Note 3 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. This means it could be the first ever non-Nexus phone.

According to experts, the Galaxy Note 3 may be priced at Rs. 50,000. Some days ago, the price of the gadget was revealed in the US and that the two devices would be shipped in September.
The Galaxy Gear is the entry of the company in Smartwatches. As the name suggests, the device will tell you the time. But apart from that, there will also be a 1.9MP camera. It will be accompanied by a suite of as many as 70 apps. If the Galaxy Note 3 has the S-Pen, the Galaxy Gear the S-Voice.

This feature will help users in making as well as receiving calls. Currently, the Smartwatch is compatible with only Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Note 3. Samsung has however said that it will be compatible with Galaxy S III, Note II, and Galaxy S4.

The price tag of the device would be in the range of Rs. 70,000.
