According to sources, the Redmi Note 4 Snapdragon version won’t be coming out. The phone will be powered by MediaTek Helio X20 SoC. So, don’t wait for the Snapdragon version and go grab the Redmi Note 4.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is the latest smartphone from the company launched in August end. Redmi Note 4 has a dimension of 151 x 76 x 8.4 mm and weighs 175 gm. It features a display type of IPS LCD touchscreen with a screen size of 5.5 -inch of resolution up to 1080 x 1920 pixels. This smartphone comes with Dual-SIM technology which is supportive of one Micro-SIM and one Nano-SIM or a MicroSD card.
It comes in two storage bundles namely 2GB RAM with 16GB internal memory and 3GB RAM with 64GB internal memory. The memory can be extended up to 256 GB through an external MicroSD card using the SIM 2 slot. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera with features like Face detection, Auto-focus, Dual-tone flash. Along with this, Redmi Note 4 also includes touch-focus, smile detection, geo-tagging, HDR and panorama.
Earlier, after the launch of Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon 650 variant, it was rumored that Xiaomi will be released another smartphone of Snapdragon 652 variant. Redmi Note 3 was launched powering Helio X10 chip but later on Snapdragon 650 variant also came up. However, the Analyst Pan Jiutang has made it very clear that Redmi Note 4 Snapdragon 652 variant will not be launched. The first change in this smartphone was the extended storage bundle. In the place of 3GB RAM and 32GB internet memory, the company released a high edition of 3GB RAM with 64GB internal memory.
The another important change is that the Redmi Note 4 will be powered by MediaTek Helio X20 SoC. So, the analyst suggests that if you are waiting for the Redmi Note Snapdragon 652 variant should realize that it is not going to launch. Go get the Redmi Note 4 now!
