According to a latest report, the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be available in two variants. The report also talks of the S5 to be shipping along with the next version of the Galaxy Gear.
Even when it is still an eon to go as there’s still no official word about Samsung Galaxy S5, there are predictions already going around. The device still hasn’t even been confirmed. However, the report, brought out by ET News – a Korean publication, claims that the mass production of the flagship Smartphone device from Samsung will start from January next year.
The news report claims that the South Korean company will bring in two new variants of the S5. One variant will be a premium variant that will come with a metal chassis along with flexible OLED. The other variant will be the standard handset with a plastic body – as the one that is present seen on a number of Samsung Galaxy Smartphones.
This week, earlier, there were images that were allegedly seen online that showed the metal frames of the Galaxy S5. There is an estimate of the company producing around one million S5s in the month of January. The same production will be stepped up by six times, producing almost six million units in February alone.
Most importantly, the release of the phone matters a lot. The report says that the Samsung device will be launched either in the month of March of April.
According to Sammobile 64-bit Exynos chipset and Snapdragon chipset, will power the device. The gadget is expected to have a 3GB RAM and 4000mAh battery. The rear camera in the device will be of 16MP capacity, while the OS will be Android 4.4 KitKat with TouchWiz UI on top.
There was a report, lately, that the sales of the Samsung Galaxy Gear were pretty disappointing. However, Samsung came up with an answer by saying that they had sold about 800,000 units in just a couple of months.
