Samsung Galaxy M Series: M10 and M20 Phones Launched

What we had been reading about the Samsung Galaxy M series for the past few weeks has finally materialized. Samsung has launched the Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20.

The official launch puts all the leaks and rumors to rest now. The Infinity-V display, dual cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery are some of the features of the two new phones in the M series.

The M10 has a 6.2-inches HD+ display with a resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. As mentioned above, the phone has the Infinity-V display feature carrying a display ratio of 19.5:9. The phone comes in a couple of variants with 2GB and 3GB RAM. And they are combined with 16GB and 32GB of native storage in that order. Samsung has put in the MicroSD card support for the phone allowing you to further push the storage.

The octa-core Exynos 7870 processor powers the new Galaxy M10. In this new Samsung Galaxy M series, the M10 phone comes with 2GB RAM and 3GB RAM options, with 16GB and 32GB storage options to choose from. On the camera front, both the M10 and the M20 are alike. The battery is a bit toned down to 3,430mAh.

As you would expect, the Galaxy M20 is just slightly a better-configured device than the M10. The M20 has 6.3-inches display, virtually the same as that of the M10 (6.2). But the main difference is that the M20 has a full HD+ display with a better 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution. The Infinity-V display feature stays.

The rear cameras come with a 13MP with 5MP dual sensors having an ultra-wide sensor. The camera comes with an aperture of f/1.9 having LED flash. On the front, there’s an 8MP shooter with an aperture f/2.0.

With a long-lasting backup in mind, Samsung has put in a massive 5,000mAh of a battery. It also supports 15W of fasting charging. The M10 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with One UI 9.5. The M20 is powered by the octa-core Exynos 7904 chip in the company of Mali-G71 GPU.


The Galaxy M10 will cost you INR. 7,990 for the 2GB/16GB combo. And INR. 8,990 for the 3GB/32GB variant. As for the Galaxy M20, the 3GB/32GB comes at a cost of INR 10,990 and the 4GB/64GB variant for INR 12,990.
