Sony launched Xperia Tablet Z for Indian markets. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z comes for a price tag of Rs 46,990. The tablet is dust as well as water resistant and promises to remain so. The company claims to have designed the slimmest tab with just 6.9 mm.
The Xperia Tablet Z weighs about 495 g and comes in a couple of versions – the black in HSAP+ as well as in Wi-Fi. The 10.1-inch display is luxurious enough for liberal viewing with cool images and picture quality. The display of the gadget is 1920 X 1200p WUXGA display and comes with a mobile Bravia Engine 2.
The Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 1.5 GHz asynchronous quad CPUs powers the thinnest tablet and works excellently with speedy performance. The 2GB of RAM supports the speed and that’s why the tab is easily performance oriented.
The tab runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). The best thing is that it can be upgraded to 4.2 as well. As are commonly seen in such tabs these days, there are two cameras. The rear camera is an 8MP wonder that can make you get great images and seamless video shooting. The front camera is 2MP.
The tab comes with a built-in memory of 16GB. It also comes with another 16GB capacity that can be used through a memory card.
The Sony Xperia Tablet Z is built with One-Touch functions from Sony. Transferring content from an HD tablet to a TV is a breeze. Transferring data is also possible from mobile phone to tab just by a simple touch. The Xperia Tablet Z will be soon available across the country.
