WhatsApp Video Calling

Major changes have been made by Facebook to make its WhatsApp service more popular by introducing WhatsApp video calling feature. WhatsApp officially launched the feature that will bring in more competition in the world of instant messaging apps. This feature will be available to all the Windows Phone, Android and iOS users.

To use the new WhatsApp video calling, just move on your finger to the calling button, to the top right corner. Now choose between voice call and video call. Select the video call option to start a video call. This not just ends here. During a video call you can also switch between the front and rear camera of your phone. The user interface for Android and iPhone users may vary a little but there will be no change in features availability.

The WhatsApp video calling feature will surely attract new users and delight the old users who were sending requests for the same to WhatsApp. With this video calling feature, WhatsApp will soon become a tough competitor for its rivals such as FaceTime, Skype, and Viber and don’t forget that there’re newer apps like Allo as well.

The feature will be soon available to all the smartphones users. It was available to the beta users. But now, the company is rolling out this feature to all the users from now. You can become a beta user, or try to update WhatsApp and check whether it has started working on your device or not. Make sure the person with whom you are going to test the video calling is using the latest version of WhatsApp. Only then the feature will work correctly.

Do let us know your views about the latest WhatsApp video calling introduced irrespective of the platforms. Communication with WhatsApp gets easier, isn’t it?
